Grape: 100% Nebbiolo

Ageing: 18mths in Slovenian oak barrel, then 6 mths in bottle

Colour: Ruby red with light reflections of garnet, of very ancient origins already known and pressed in the 1600

Taste: delicate pleasant perfume with hints of raspberry, light and with spicy shades; the flavour is dry, delicate and light tannic that combines well with elegant spices

Serving Suggestions: Red meats, grilled and roast meats and mature cheeses

Serving temp: 16-18^oC

Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
