Soil: clayey limestone tufaceous soil on a deep south / east exposure

Ageing: 2 years in oak barrels distributed between medium / small barrels and barrels, 6 months in bottle

Colour: Garnet red with orange tints

Taste: Soft and delicate complex with notes of wild and dry tannic with notes space on the palate

Serving Suggestions: red meats, braises, rich first courses, game, grilled meat and strong cheeses mainly with impregnating and aromatically intense courses, excellent as meditation wine

Serving temp: 18-20 o C – It is advisable to uncork the bottle a few hours before serving
