Altitude: 350a 450 m.s.l.m.
Soil: Deep calcareous clay, south / west exposure
Ageing: 18 months in oak wood in barriques and a part in tonneaux barrels to obtain balanced and not too woody wines and, then 6 mths in bottle
Colour: Dark ruby red with garnet reflections
Taste: With hints of raspberries and sour cherry dry and good body; slightly tannic
Serving Suggestions: Red meats, grilled and roasted meats and mature cheeses
Serving temp: 16-18oC
Alcohol Content: 13% vol.
