Grape: 100% Nebbiolo

Ageing: 50%2 yrs in Slovenian oak barrel, 50% in small barrels, then 6 mths in bottle

Colour: Garnet red

Taste: Intense, elegant with ripe berry and spicy fruit and almost sweet tannins give this wine finesse but also opulence and longevity

Serving Suggestions: grilled red meats, braises, rich first courses, game and fine aged cheeses

Serving temp: 18-20^oC uncorked in the bottle and leave for 2-3 hours

Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
